Telkom upgrade at a chameleon pace

I was due for an upgrade and sent through the lead via telkom site for an upgrade. It's now 8 days and I am yet too get my 2 iPhone 13. Each time when I called I am told it's scheduled for delivery, I asked for the courier contacts, they said no devices were sent to them for delivery. Spoke to a lady by the name of Siyethemba Nqcobo, she was very reluctant to assist, very arrogant even when answering my questions very inadequately
