Telkom upgrade agents confused

24 July I called for an upgrade and was told the package I wanted was out of stock. I then took an alternative, when I went to a Telkom store they told the special is still on . They delivered the phone 29 July and I requested them to come collect the phone, they collected it on the 30 July. 7 days later Telkom is telling they have not received the phone back...... another agent told me it was received and cancelled....this is really pathetic
