Telkom upgrade
<p>Hi I had a telkom smart plan 50 on a number I ported from mtn two years ago with my previous contract an app**** for an upgrade from smart plan 50 to a Huawei p9 lite 199 contract instead of it being upgraded I got a new number an the smart plan 50 is still active basically they added a new contract to my account I have been trien to get this fixed since the beginning of the month I have been to the branch 6 times nothing done when I call no answers the the I call the call center I'm told they gonna get someone handling my case to resolve it no calls from the person as well case never ********** 1 till today no is answering at the greenstone mall branch the gone just rings </p>
