TELKOM UPGARDE WITH CRESTA MALL EXPRESS STORE - HELL SERVICE !!!!

Telkom Express Cresta Mall - Consultant : Nelleshen Naidoo Went into the store on the 10th January 2022 to do an upgrade on my line till to date I dont have any feedback ,instead I have been following up with the consultant with no results given , I contacted the call centre and was told that the upgrade is pending with order number #***...I need to know whether the upgrade has been approved or declined , so that i can cancel my contracts with Telkom ...I am not happy with the service I have received from this consultant , he does not provide feedback or follow up on orders , I spoke to the store manager and he told me that he would not have approved the order even if it was approved from back office , the store manager told me to go to Telkom direct store maybe I will get assistance from them ... They are unprofessional and have made my experience unbearable to say the least ...
