Telkom update/verify of account details

I want to update my account details, but this is impossible! It's not possible on the web! Telkom gives the number to call for account updates to dial 10210, on the web. I tried it, they referred me to dial 10213. I tried that also, but they told me to go into a Telkom branch, which is a 500 km drive for me. Likewise, I told them, but they asked me to e-mail all the documents to ***,which I did, I immediately received an e-mail to go into a branch and my details can't be updated! My account details are still incorrect after several attempts! Telkom!!!!!
