TELKOM UP TO NO GOOD

As the call center calls a lot of people every day to open contracts over the phone i did take a chance to take a contract at Telkom. The Customer care center is up to no good as we always struggle to get trough with queries but when you cancel a contract they still deduct the installments it left me no choice as to take this further. Telkom is a very bad experience and i want people to know not to take any contracts via call centers
