telkom up to no good

<p>First i asked for statement to be mailed to me, from when i took out he contracts....which was never sent ... Went to the alberton branch to cancel the contract which i was just given a form to complete and send it off .... This was done a month prior to contract end date..... E-mail was send and never received anything back. Called the call centre which then confirmed that last debit order was in may 2016...... SUPRICE in June my account was again debited..... No service at all received from Telkom in he whole 2years </p>
