Telkom ***** Up

<p>I requested that telkom move my line to my new place of residence. Upon receipt of my first bill I realised that the billing was not right. I called Telkom and informed them that the billing was incorrect that they have charged me less than I was supposed to be charged. The consultant told me that the bill was correct. I indicaated that I have been quoted R600 for unlimited data and that the bill received is not correct. she assured me that the bill was correct and that I need not worry. Months down the line I receive an escalated bill of +_ R1000.00 with a final notice to pay. I informed Telkom that I have called in and been to their offices to sort out the problem and now Im expected to pay for a ***** up that I have pointed out to their consultants. I feel that I should not be held liable for this bill because they should have investigated the matter when I brought it to their attention. After all the e-mails and phone calls no one has gotten back to me or acknowledged my complaint. I have spoken to consultants who promised to call and deal with the matter but to no avail. Telkom you have failed me. You should take responsibility for this bill. The ***** up is on your side and you should ensure that it is rectified without any penalisation on my part as I was honest enough to bring the matter to your attention and was informed that the bill is correct. I am very disgruntled with your service delivery. This is not my first incident with you and you keep failing me.</p>
