TELKOM Unworthy service , FORCED TO WORK

<p>I've relocated and enquired from telkom to move my telephone line.. initially they came out and said there is no network lines as it's a new development.</p> <p>We thereafter found out about the fixed look alike line. We were told by customer service to go to the nearest store. Since there is no telkom store in Klerksdorp we drove to Potch. On arriving at the store, the workers are glum and do not even smile. We were told there is no coverage of the look alike line in our area. I then went to another assistant to enquire and stood next in line. She was done with her customer and looked me in the face and WALKED OUT OF THE STORE! </p> <p>On arriving when I enquired from her as to her service she tells me, she thought I was waiting for my spouse. YET I WAS in the QUEuE waiting for her. </p> <p>Potchefstroom service PATHETIC!!!</p> <p>The way they carried on was though we forced them to come to wor****</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
