telkom unwilling to assist closing my cell phone contract

On this day date and time Wed, Mar 29, 2017, 11:16 AM i requested telkom to cancel my my cell phone contract on this number *** i sent four e-mail to *** after an agent told me they can't cancel over the phone i spoke the the agents below on 26 June 2017

they all promised they will escalate the issue till date i haven't received a mail or call back about the issue
