Telkom ************* and unreliable, request to cancel my contract ignored!!

I have been trying to cancel my month to month account with Telkom since August 2019. After going back and forth, promises over the direct line that they are canceling it, only to see another debit order to go through at the end of the month. Then in Nov my 3rd time, I send an email again to them requesting the cancelation for the 3rd time. My ref nr is ***2, again my account was debited for the full amount of R1527 at the end of January 2020. I don't know what else to do to get Telkom to honor my request and pay me all the debit order back that they owe me. They are absolutely ************* and unreliable... bad business ethics!!!!
