Telkom unsolved matter

It has been over 4 month's tjat I phoned and logged queries about my line to be moved.

They just say the problem is solved. However, it is not. They billed me and the line has not been moved.

I have been without internet for month's now and the problem is still unsolved.

I disputed the account and the matter still unsolved.

How long must a person wait??? I want to cancel my contract.
