Telkom unsatisfactory services.

Why is it so difficult to cancel a contract with Telkom. Their cancellation department is like it is not operative. You can sit for an hour on a call without help. You go to the branch for enquiries and still, nothing. Nobody can help you when it comes to billing of the accounts or even with cancellation. Nothing works and it is frustrating... It is like Telkom does not want us to cancel these contracts. Worse, they even make decisions without your approval. Like the Telkom branch in Wonderpark Mall, the service there is poor. Very poor... We pay for these services. They are not free. Take note of that. I cannot sit for an hour on a call waiting to be helped. We have other matters to attend to. My day should not stop because I am seeking for an attention from Telkom, which is taking hours and hours. At the end of the day, you still have not received any assistance. Time wasted for nothing...
