Telkom unresponsive and unhelpful

Telkom SA: Dear Customer, Fault 224CRK110418 has been created for Service ID ********** 686. Telkom will endeavor to resolve the problem ASAP. Please refer to the Telkom app for further information regarding your fault.

On Wednesday 11 April we logged a fault at Telkom for a business line that is not working, the coustomer care consultant told us that the there is an error on the line and that a technician would be sent out. After two weeks we are still waiting for the problem to be resolved. As a business we are losing customers without a phone line, this is not the level of service you expect from any service provider.
