Telkom - Unresolved query...

It's been months waiting for Telkom management to call me and assist in resolving the problem created by one of their call center staff but to no avail.for 2 months they blocked my numbers and yet they keep on billing me.I am very disappointed with the service they provide. Will never use or recommend Telkom to my family and friends.
