Telkom unreliable and not trustworthy

Telkom is the worst service provider you can get. My ADSL line is not working from July 2021. Technician confirmed line malfunction and Telkom confirmed that line will not be fixed. So I had to cancel my contract because I do not get any service. It is now 4 months later and Telkom can still not cancel this contract although they are at fault. I've been paying a debit for no service and I have send numerous request to cancel this contract and to refund the months without service. To no avail.
