Telkom unreliable

Did an LTE upgrade. On 1August, still have not received anything. Everyone I spoke did not know what's going on and kept escalating it and saying in 24 hrs you will have a response... still no response. Spoke to someone 2 days ago, they issued for delivery again and said I will get waybill number in 3 hours time... never got that either
