TELKOM - UNRELIABLE

<p>My internet connection from my Mifi Routers have been suspended for about 2 weeks now, and though I have emailed 2 persons from Telkom the proof of payments made to indicate that my account has been paid up to date, with a request to reconnect my internet, no feedback has been given nor has the matter been resolved. I find this rather unprofessional and inconsiderate. This is also not the first time I am having difficulties in dealing with Telkom; their service just does not seem to improve at all.</p>
