Telkom - Unprofessional!

Telkom services are a huge disappointment and provides an utterly disgusting service to its clients!!! The customer service fails to deliver in every way. We have now been trying for months to cancel our contract. When we call, operators answer and makes us wait for up to 30 minutes and longer and then just ends the call. After multiple attempts and tolerating an undertone of disinterest and an inability to assist, we try to escalate the matter to management and get informed that all supervisors are not working from the office but working from home. With respect to the current Covid regulations and the understanding that many workers are working from home, it is evident to see that those in the office are not willing to go the extra mile to assist a pensioner! They keep saying that my dad must continue calling in until he gets through! What utter Unprofessionalism is this? I am aware of many clients having the same issue. I expect this matter to be escalated to the point where we get the required assistance as per our simple request. This matter will be taken further until our matter has been addressed. Are you telling me that not one of your personal is able to assist? An investigation must be done. I patiently await a response within 48 hours.
