Telkom unprofessional and pathetic

So I signed up for a new contract a couple of years ago. Think it was 2018 or 2019. It was for an LTE router with Sim for R150 every month. The contract has expired long ago and I've since not used the LTE router or Sim. I'm being charged just over R50 every month for something I'm no longer using and that expired!? I've emailed them, tried to contact them via chat and phone. They confirmed via phone call that it has expired and that it was cancelled but a debit order keeps going off. I've since disputed this with my bank and Telkom just keeps sending me invoices. This is pathetic service I tell you. I will never take out a contract with them again.
