Telkom- Unprofessional and lazy

<p>I requested a landline to my rental flat located next to (attached) to my landlord's house, located in Loevenstein Bellville</p> <p>A week later I received an email informing me of a lack of "infrastructure" - with no explanation </p> <p>HOWEVER </p> <p>My landlord does have a landline in the main house - I have sent many emails with NO REPLY.</p> <p>I would just like some assistance – I went to the store in Cape Gate over my lunch hour and waited in line for 45min, without being helped and I had to leave to return to work.</p> <p>Do not try and use Telkom to get you connected as 2 weeks later I have nothing and wasted a lot of time.</p>
