Telkom unprofessional and ******

Terrible service and double charges. They ended up suspending my account for 'non-payment' after debiting my account with said 'non-paid' amount. Waited for almost 30mins to an hour for customer care. I had previously called and was told that my account is suspended and will only have it restored in 7-14 days. Cannot call, cannot buy data aka- unable to use my cell phone outside my home as there is Wi-Fi. Terrible to say the least.
