Telkom unprofessional

Telkom has shown that they no longer care for their clients. My services have been suspended and all the call consultants I call request proof of payment and yet again nothing is being followed up. I’m really exhausted calling Telkom and sending my proof of payment each time with nothing being done. If my services aren’t restored I don’t have a choice but to go to customer complaints about Telkom. It’s really frustrating and unprofessional by a company I thought could help ease me up.
