Telkom UnlimitedHome ****

So Telkom is selling all these Telkom Unlimited options and you get a free LIT box if you sign up. I wonder how many people actually get this LIT box?? It has been four weeks after my installation and various visits to the Telkom shop and chatting to agents online, but no LIT box in sight. Surely this is contract breach? Can I be held responsible for this contract if they do not keep their part of the deal?

Nokukhanya Mbesa on Telkom chat tells me that I cannot withheld payment because, and I quote "The payment is for the subscription for the adsl and your uncapped data the tvbox is a free services that is not included in your monthly payments." I WOULD NOT HAVE SIGNED THE DEAL IF THE FREE BOX WAS NOT THERE TO ENTICE ME!!

Stay away from Telkom guys!! You were warned.
