Telkom Unlimited LTE - ****
<p>Telkom's Unlimited LTE is the biggest **** EVER! When I signed up for the package 14 months ago, I was told that the package was completely unlimited and the only cap put in place was a 50GB fair usage policy for P2P torrenting - services that I NEVER use at all. They stipulated that there would NEVER be a cap for browsing, streaming (Netflix, Youtube, Showmax) and for game / app downloads. IT WAS SOLELY ON THIS BASIC THAT I AGREED TO TAKING THE DEAL and it was stipulated in writing on the website. </p> <p> </p> <p>For the last week, I have been unable to stream, download PS4 games or music from Apple Music and I have been throttled to 4MB - a completely useless speed for my needs. </p> <p> </p> <p>As far as I am concerned, this is a breach of contract and is completely unacceptable. I suggest that someone from Telkom gets in touch with me immediately as a means to sort this out!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
