Telkom unlimited LTE pathetic service

I took out a contract 6 months ago with Telkom LTE for the unlimited router been having endless problems since the 2nd month. I keep being pushed from pillar to post the technician came out and advised that the fault is on their side so I am paying on a monthly basis got a service that I am not receiving at all. They said they will cancel my contract with no fees because the fault is on their side but now they sending me bills on a closed account that is not even active
