Telkom Unlimited LTE Marketing great but delivery PATHETIC.

<p>I app**** for the special of Telkom Unlimited LTE for R599 a month. To date I still have nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>After numerous phone calls and complaining I had one phone call after 5 weeks of waiting. I provided my details to the lady and I was informed that 5 – 8 days the hardware would be delivered. This was the last contact just nothing and I cannot get through to the call centre 10213 number when someone does answer I get transferred and transferred until I give up waiting and listing to the irritating voice marketing and music.</p> <p> </p> <p>It has been 14 weeks and nothing from Telkom – how pathetic is this for a company that is laying off people but when they can make revenue they do not follow it up!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so frustrated with this sill client service. I just don't know how to get the service.</p>
