Telkom - Unlimited landline calls

Hi,

I have taken a contract with you'll that includes free Telkom Landline calls and calls to Telkom Mobile numbers up to 3000 minutes per month. Yet when I make outgoing calls to a landline number I am still being charged full price per minute (75 cents per minute) and my airtime gets used up, why is this?

Eg. I have called 011 841 358* number and I got billed at 75 cents per minute
