Telkom unlimited deal comes with pathetic limited service

<p>I have had an unfortunate displeasure of signing up Telkom Unlimited contract. What they don't tell you is that it comes with limited service. </p> <p> </p> <p>My LTE speed on my S7 dropped to around 300kbs since yesterday Friday 20th May 2016. I am paying R1799 pm for this package just to find that they do not provide support on weekends. I now have to now wait until Monday for someone to help me. </p> <p> </p> <p>WHAT'S THE POINT OF AN UNLIMITED CONTRACT WHEN YOU CAN'T GET SUPPORT. TELKOM, I REALLY THOUGHT YOU GOT YOUR ACT TOGETHER. SHOULD'VE KNOWN BETTER. </p> <p> </p> <p>CAN SOMEONE AT TELKOM PLEASE FIX THIS. THIS IS JUST NOT ACCEPTABLE. </p>
