Telkom Unlimited Data Bundle

Bought Telkom unlimited for LTE8 Data bundles for R849 on the 5th September 2022 and it was indicated that it will expire on the 05th October 2022. On the 27th September I got the message that I'm Out of data bundle, and when I called the mobile data department I wa then transferred from pillar to post with no help. THIS IS SO BAD!!!
