Telkom unhelpful on all aspects of canceling a simple contract

I have been wanting to cancel my fathers internet with Telkom for the last 3 hours. I used 10210 number which did not give an option to cancel. My dad went instore to cancel and was told to do it online which made him and myself run around in circle to call the 10210 number, spoke to someone who gave me a number to cancel but that person told me to phone 10210. Went onto social media and received no feedback. My dad is 74 years old and shouldn't be stressing over something that is simple to cancel the contract. This unacceptable.
