Telkom unhelpful & ***********

I moved to a new house, so I requested that my pre-paid line be transferred to my new house which is down the road from where I was. I was told that I will keep the same number as its the same city & there would not be a transfer fee. Then the day came to move the line, so they told me that I must first pay R398.00 or they will not install the line, so I went and paid it. Then they came to install the line & I was told no they have to change the number, so now I was given a different number. Then they came and installed the line. Then they went and cancelled the old number and the new number with no reason at all, just cancel & thats it. When you phone them to log a fault you get told no you cant log a fault because the line was cancelled, you have to speak to sales, then you go through to sales then they tell you you must speak to billing, then you go through to billing and they tell you you must go through to sales, so you phone over and over and over and get told the same things over and over, what the hell am I supposed to do now, ***
