Telkom unhappy customer

Telkom's inability to renew the contract I have with them for the past 26 months due to a 20 years old debt I have with them. When first offered a contract by telkom, such was not an issue and I was not even aware of the debt. No one ever called to inform me about the debt in 20 years.
