Telkom Unfairness for small towns

If only we could rate 0, that would've been much better. i'm new registered small business member and i saw an opportunity to uplift my s****s and create more jobs in my community, opportunity to start my own ISP business on my local area as internet is a need on my community, but all i get is a big disappointment from Telkom. Last year i app**** for ADSL line to be installed i even did investigations to get all active landlines at my location, but they turned me down. This year while i was driving around i saw a fiber cable that is on my location, and is passing to Vodacom tower, i app**** again, and even took pictures as prove to showed them there is currently fiber cable running on my community i didn't care about the cost as i need it , and yet i got such a big disappointment. Why do we have to suffer so much as youth at small towns to uplift our-s****s and only one thing that stand on our way. i only need a Telkom line or Fiber for my business to start operating, i already have everything ready only a line that is needed, but yet this is so much unfair for them not to give business what they desire.
