Telkom unfairly handed my account over

<p>I app**** to a telephone service and signed for debit oder, they didn't debit my account for some unkown reason and a couple of months later they handed my account over to atorneys. It's their incompetence on their side failing to setting up debit orders after I provided them with my banking details. On top of this I wasn't getting any statements, they decided to send them to my old address i Johanessburg while I live in Port Elizabeth.</p>
