Telkom unfair and worst telecoms provider

<p>Is it fair to charge a client R6800 for a termination fee for a something the client never even taken out of the store due to the staff members mistake of not getting the order right. Is it fair to ****** up the clients bank account causing the clients other debit orders to be returned. I have fought for 6 months to cancell and refuse to pay for a device i never recieved and service i never recieved. I would urge anyone not to ever ever deal with telkom unless you want endless problems</p>
