Telkom Undisclosed fees dispute

Telkom charges undisclosed contract fees , also please be aware that telkom contract is NOT fixed term contract , monthly fees goes up every year without information or notice then changes R200.00 for insufficient funds which is not disclosed on the contract signed , my contract is up by R600.00, contract is up for renewal . I am CANCELLING this telkom contract nonsense . Done. Telkom will never ever respond to queries never , phone calls or Telkom shops service is the worst experience ever .
