Telkom- Undisclosed Debit Order Penalty Fees

Telkom is charging customers penalty fees similar to those charged by banking institutions when debit orders fail. However, Telkom is not a banking institution, and these charges were not disclosed to me at the inception of my contract. I believe this practice is unfair to consumers, as the fees were not clearly communicated in the original agreement.
