Telkom uncontactable on any level

I have spent two hours trying to get a human being to talk to me in connection with changing a phone system. bad attitude, incompetence and inability to make any meaningful contributiojn to a normal business practice. The head office numbers are unlisted, and every lousy staff member hides behind anonymity. Telkom deserves to go insolvent and should disappear as fast as possible. They are a waste of oxygen, money and anything else. If my business could go mobile I would do it tomorrow. I do not expect any useful contribution as this is beyond belief.
