TELKOM UNCAPPED WIFI THROTTLED!!!!

Telkom is misleading consumers with its uncapped unlimited LTE service. In order to get customer attention, they had advertised a product which was packaged to suit people seeking unlimited use of the internet. my engagement with the store started off as a discovery to determine what Telkom had available ito wifi. the agent was very helpful in letting me know the limitations of other cheaper wifi contracts, like the eing confined to specific times. n effective marketing fashion, I was steered towards signing a contract for R1000 unlimited wifi. Which was explained as any time use? not once was I advised that my account will be throttled if it exceeded a ceiling. Telkom just reinvented itself after almost failing dismisally however they are going about doing it in a very deceptive manner. They are referring to t&cs and getting away with it. the Advertising Regulatory Board really needs to look into the use of words in adverts. The play of words isn't fair on consumers. We cannot be aware of every companies terminology so it is prudent that adverts are clearly understood. for me unlimited and even uncapped means just that, I free continuous use at my time and convenience. So why I Telkom controlling my use when I pay on time every time? and I am certain that I am not the only customer annoyed by this.
