Telkom uncapped throttle on premium uncapped fibre
We app**** for the most expensive option as we were told that there are NO capping, shaping or throttling on the account. We pay almost R5000 p/m for this account. For the last 2 months we noticed that we have extremely slow speeds. We found out that our account is being throttled. We run a business and need the speed. This is unacceptable and we will cancel our account.
