Telkom UNCAPPED LTE UPGRADE not possible. TELKOM call centre nightmare!

I have been trying for days to renew my Uncapped LTE contract for days now. They keep telling me that I can't and need to go on month to month otherwise my price will increase.

How can Telkom send me a mail and tell me that I need to be upgraded soon and then tell me I cans.

I need the new router as mine has been giving me problems and I will be paying the same as I did for two years. if I don't get a router then why do I pay the same amount????
