TELKOM Uncapped LTE ****! - Ordered before the FUP was app**** / considered - False Marketing

<p>People please be aware that the uncapped LTE offering from telkom is a huge ****... They promise not to throttle your gaming, netfilx, showmax or browsing... However they throttle all access after you have reached 300GB... Lets put this into perspective... Considering this is a "Truly Incapped" account.</p> <p>I purchased my account in April/May, so this was all promised to me..."You will never be capped for Streaming/Gaming/Browsing"... In fact they still state it on the LTE details page.</p> <p>It is the middle of December, and I cannot watch Netflix, Play my PS4 games (cant even get connected to PSN to start a game), Cant watch Showmax, Cant start a game onmy IPAD, and browsing the internet is more of a pain, so I rather go outside and watch the grass grow...</p> <p> </p> <p>So If I wanted to:</p> <p>1) Watch a HD Movie (Just dont try watch anything in UHD or you might be capped after 1 hour a day) / Series on Netflix [R180 PM] (Per logged on user) = 4GB per hour =75 Hours per Month = 2 1/2 Hours per day per user... (So what happens when the kids watch their cartoons on showmax, and I watch series on Apple TV? CAPPED WITHIN 15 Days!!!) - Netflix now unusable</p> <p>2) Download 1 Playstation Game = [PS+ R99.00 PM] Games can be up to 40GB -So if I download my 4 games per month, and use PSN to be online... (CAPPED WITHIN 15 Days!!!) - PS4 now unusable</p> <p>3) Watch Showmax - Same issues as Neflix [R99.00 PM] - (CAPPED WITHIN 15 Days!!!) - Showmax now unusable</p> <p>4) Apple Music - [R89 PM]- (CAPPED WITHIN 15 Days!!!) - IPADS and IPHONES / APPS / MUSIC now unusable</p> <p> </p> <p>Not to mention any online gaming for PC's, updates to Ipads / Iphones / PC's etc...</p> <p>I wanted Uncapped ADSL, but there were no lines, so they recommended this great "TRULY UNCAPPED" product to me... and now I am sitting without any resemblance of Internet??? FUP is implimented to provide a decent experience to all users? EVERYONE IS AWAY ON HOLIDAY - What users are left... The ones who decide to stay home and relax over december, only to be told that you must wait till next month (When the holiday is over)...</p> <p> </p> <p>So either give me what was promised or cancel this useless service, and give me the ADSL that I wanted...</p> <p>We use this internet for Netflix/ Showmax / Apple updates /Apple games / PS4 Games / PC Updates etc and browsing... Which is all now unavailable...</p> <p>You are in breach of the contract that I entered into with you... Sort it out, or terminate it and give me the ADSL Line instead!</p>
