Telkom Uncapped LTE promotional areas

The areas marked on Telkom's maps regarding the promotion for Uncapped LTE for R599 is bull.<br> <br> We have tested the signal and it works 100%, but they keep on telling us we are not in the promotional area. <br> <br> Now why the hell are we excluded when we have got full signal reception?<br> <br> We have been having constant trouble with Telkom's ADSL service, we even needed to lay new cables from our house to the DP ourselves, still we have problems with horrible download speeds. I can't recall how many times technicians had to fix problems on our line.<br> <br> Telkom's adsl service is poor, now they offer a solution to people to upgrade to a better service and exclude specific areas which have full signal strenght. <br> <br> Why are you excluding these people Telkom?<br> <br> On your maps you have homes in the middle of two reception towers, yet there are a few houses being excluded from getting uncapped LTE? Why is your map setup this ****? And please don't tell me there is no reception, have you tested the signal? <br> <br> Thinking of cancelling all Telkom related services.<br> <br>
