Telkom Uncapped LTE promotional areas

The areas marked on Telkom's maps regarding the promotion for Uncapped LTE for R599 is a load of ****!<br> <br> We have tested the signal and it works 100% with a representative from Telkom, but they keep on telling us we are not in the promotional area. <br> Now why the **** are we excluded when we have got full signal reception to LTE?<br> <br> We have been having constant trouble with Telkom's ADSL service, no sync or horrible download speeds. I can't recall how many times technicians had to fix problems on our line. Yet still having a same problem.<br> <br> Telkom's adsl service is poor, now they offer a solution to people to upgrade to a better service and exclude specific areas which have full signal strength. <br> <br> Why are you excluding these people Telkom?<br> <br> I have a Straight Line of Sight to the tower and without an antennae i get 5 bars on the LTE router, yet there are a few houses being excluded from getting uncapped LTE? Why is your map setup this ****? And please don't tell me there is no reception, a sales representative came to my house to do a speed test results was close to 10mbs. So again my question is why cant i get uncapped LTE?<br> <br> Thinking of cancelling all Telkom related services
