TELKOM Uncapped LTE lie

Telkom must stop lying to the public. They do not have an uncapped LTE service. I signed up for an amazing Telkom deal in 2016. 50mb guaranteed LTE line uncapped called Futurehood. I was so impressed when we got the service. I was getting speeds of up to 75MB and I thought well this is great, Telkom are surpassing all expectations. That lasted 3 months. I was one of the very first to subscribe to the tower in my area and as Telkom proceeded to oversubscribed the tower usage, speeds diminished. Then around 6 months later they introduced FUP, which was not in my original contract. Limited to 300gb and then throttled to unusable speeds of 128kbs. I logged a call this morning as I cannot work with this pathetic company any further I was told that the FUP has changed again,(I don't know how long ago), but it is now normal speeds for 150GB, then throttled to 4mbs for another 150GB and then 128kbs. There is no way to top up or do anything about it. What is worse is the absolutely useless dashboard they provide, how can they even call themselves a technology company. My dashboard says I have used 0gb and I have 10gb left on my uncapped line.

Telkom must change their packages to fixed or tiered data packages. The only thing uncapped is the frustration in dealing with such a pathetic and useless company.
