Telkom uncapped lte bad bad speeds. And bad service.

I have a uncapped Telkom wifi contract and my speeds are extremely slow. For 2 months now I have been getting speeds of less than 1 mbps. Uoad and download speeds. This is unacceptable. I am very disappointed and thinking of canceling and going to vodacom and pay the extra because this is not fair.
