Telkom Uncapped LTE

After waiting weeks for my Telkom LTE router ordered from the Telkom website - [URL Removed] ( only getting the router or getting hold of someone who knew the status of my order was almost impossible ) - it was finally delivered. It also included a letter stating that someone from Telkom will be in contact with me to come install the external antenna. Tomorrow will be two weeks since it has been delivered and I have had no contact from Telkom. When I go a a Telkom shop they say they can't help me because I ordered it from Telkom online and they do not deal with products or services that are bought online. I have manged to get it working but not getting anywhere close to the speeds that are advertised ( \Up to 90Mbps download speeds & up to 25Mbps upload speeds. No buffering
