Telkom uncapped

i have been charged for R4347.82 for december and R4184.87 for november telkom account for data use.this is an uncapped data contract none of the agent s can answer why and only send for an investigation. over a week later and still no answers i have done numerous calls to try and resolve this no one calls back and all they can say is that the query is still open.telkom your service stinks!!
