TELKOM - Unauthorized Directory Entry -Trying in vain to lodge a complaint/cancellation

<p>A monthly deduction of R114 is being made from our Telkom account for a directory entry for which we have not signed a contract. I have tried in vain to find a place on Telkom's website to log a complaint regarding this deduction in order to have it stopped. Telkom's website doesn't recognize our telephone number or account so I cant have it linked to my other services. I therefore am unable to lodge any complaint regarding this deduction. </p>
